Kale that actually tastes great! The base is raw kale with sunflower seeds and the added earthiness of kawakawa/bush pesto. Its the first of our kai that incorporates our own indigenous ingredient of kawakawa. A coarsely made pesto (at the request of Tracey's son Keenau to "make it more meaty" - even though he's vegan!)

We've upgraded our granola to give it that lil bit extra. Our boy Keenau said we should make a granola with peanut butter, but Mum knows best, lets add chocolate, but not any chocolate, cacao nibs and premium Dutch cocoa. some pretty rose petals. NZ manuka honey makes this granola tasty as - you're gonna get addicted.

Toru Road Kimchi with Watercress
Our newest healthy product added to our store cupboard is our Toru Road Kimchi with Watercress. Kimchi is made by lacto-fermentation, the same process that creates sauerkraut and traditional dill pickles and we've added Aotearoa's own nutritional component, watercress to this process to give it that extra added kiwi goodness to your kai.
Try our Apple, Watercress & Juniper Berry Kimchi. A hint of juniper berries (aromatic ingredient used to make gin), coriander seeds, and red cabbage makes this gorgeous girl pink! So pretty on the plate, and super good for you. This kimchi is mild in flavour, really good for newbies to kimchi and will be ready for sale mid March. Advance orders taken now.
