Our newest healthy product added to our store cupboard is our Toru Road Kimchi with Watercress. Kimchi is made by lacto-fermentation, the same process that creates sauerkraut and traditional dill pickles and we've added Aotearoa's own nutritional component, watercress to this process to give it that extra added kiwi goodness to your kai.
Try our Apple, Watercress & Juniper Berry Kimchi. A hint of juniper berries (aromatic ingredient used to make gin), coriander seeds, and red cabbage makes this gorgeous girl pink! So pretty on the plate, and super good for you. This kimchi is mild in flavour, really good for newbies to kimchi and will be ready for sale mid March. Advance orders taken now.

Apple, cabbage and watercress, salt, juniper berries and coriander seeds.
Deliveries/Pickups:
Porirua - no charge to deliver locally, or you can arrange pickup.
Wellington, Hutt Valley and Kapiti (up to Waikanae) - no charge for combined orders over $40.
Orders close weekly on Wednesdays at 9am and are dispatched on Thursdays & Fridays to suit. If you have a Toru Road Kimchi with Watercress crisis and need your kai earlier then just let us know and we will see what we can do for you :) With a jar of kimchi in your fridge you'll always have a go to! Note that delivery dates and times are altered over the Summer period due to public holidays - please keep in touch with us and we will make sure you have your kai when you need it!
